Dallaglio Cycle Slam charity party
I am very proud to be supporting Greg, one of the 6 inspiring and brave riders on the Dallaglio Cycle Slam
(cycling 3000 kms from Rome to Edinburgh http://www.dallagliocycleslam.com)
which started on Friday 12 February 2010, raising money via Sport Relief for the charity DebRA,
to help find a cure for Epidermoylsis bullosa, a horrific, often terminal, blistering skin disease in children.
A staggering 1 in 225 of us has the defective gene in the UK!
I am organising a party to raise money on Friday 26 February 2010
at award-winning Idlewild’s upstairs cocktail bar, London. Would you like to come along?
Special guests include All Blacks’ rugby legend, Zinzan Brooke, who is also cycling in the Slam. Other celebs tbc.

Friday 26 February marks the half-way point in this epic cycling challenge.
After 15 days of solid cycling from Italy, through the snowy Alps, to France, averaging a gruelling 130 kms DAILY cycle the riders arrive in the UK.
Therefore, the party will provide a great opportunity to give some cheering, motivation and final donations to help Greg and the guys keep going
to the finish on 13 March 2010 in Edinburgh, after nearly 30 days in the saddle!

The Art of Graceful Movement & Walking for Confidence
Have you ever seen a woman move so gracefully it’s as if she’s barely touching the ground leaving men turning heads?
Well, ladies, this is your chance to become that woman with the sexy walk!
During this workshop, you too can learn how to move gracefully and elegantly in high heels and in flats. You’ll also be able to perfect your posture, build your confidence and learn how to walk in high heels without causing yourself pain or injury.
The workshop will cover:
Going over the posture exercises- to ensure your posture is the best it can be
Understanding the relationship between the height of the heel and the weight distribution
Understanding and practicing the positioning of your feet and toes
Working out the best stance for you for the height of heel you wear
Trying different lengths of your step and figuring out what looks best and is most comfortable for you
Watching how models walk for inspiration
And of course, walking, walking, walking until you feel confident with the your new posture and walk
