Sarah is offering a Reflexology treatment worth £40 OR if you’ve a baby then you could choose a Baby Reflex workshop, worth £75; A workshop consists of 3 × 1 hour weekly sessions with 1 to 4 mums taking part. It’s fabulous for baby as reflexology can help with such things as colic, sleep, calming and provides a wonderful bonding opportunity for parent and baby. Baby Reflex can take place at the parent’s house for their convenience and Sarah is happy to travel up to 10 miles from her clinic in Cheshunt.
