How do I advertise my business in Indulge – Hidden Gems?

Everything is done online and it’s very easy to create your listing – once you’ve registered, either as a member of the site or as an advertiser, just click on ‘Add listing’ on either the Book of Gems page or the All About You page and from the drop down menu choose your style of advert and fill in all the relevant details. Payment is via Paypal or BACs and you manage the whole process online via your profile page.

A Fabulous Listing – £150.00 + VAT per annum

Your company name, contact details with live links to your email and website.
Two image areas for you to upload your logo, 250 × 60 px JPG plus an area for you to upload any other image you’d like to further enhance your business offering, 250 × 250 px JPG.
Up to 250 word description of your business
PLUS: You’ll also be included on our fabulous rotation, so you will appear as a ‘featured’ advertiser on the front of the Hidden Gems Directory
Fabulous listings will also feature on our Facebook pages plus we’ll tweet about you!

Again, please don’t forget to add in your member offer or discount and we’ll tweet about you each time you change your offer!

Are there any additional charges?

Our rates are fixed for the 12-month duration but you can make as many changes to your advert throughout that time via your profile at no additional cost. So, if you’d like to change your offer every couple of months or want to update your contact details – just log in and away you go. Please allow five working days for your advert to be accepted and published in Indulge, but where possible we’ll try to ensure it’s up within 48 hours.

How many categories can I list myself under?

If your business falls under more than one category then don’t worry – you can choose 2 categories from our list to advertise under. If, however, you want to be listed under anymore then you’d need to purchase another listing.

What if my business category isn’t listed?

We’ve tried to pull together quite a comprehensive list of businesses, but if we have missed anything off then drop us an email and we’ll update our list to include your category.

What is the section for members offers and discounts?

Indulge is open for all members to browse through, but we wanted to offer something special to our premium members hence why the offers section is hidden from view and is only unlocked for our premium members. Be Fabulous is all about making ourselves feel good, so we wanted you, as advertisers, to help us with our mission and therefore, where possible, to offer something that will entice people to your business and ultimately make everyone feel fabulous! Maybe it’s 10% off or a free session, whatever you can or would like to offer. You can change this offer on a monthly basis if you like, so your advert is always fresh and offering some new.

How will I know whose a premium member and therefore eligible for my offer or discount?

Premium members will be the only ones who’ll be able to see your offer, so if you’ve listed a code for them to use online they’ll have access to that. Plus they’ll also have a Be Fabulous Members Card so you can also ask to see that to verify their status before you honor your discount or offer.

Will you tell me when my advert needs to be renewed?

A week or so before your advert is due to expire, we’ll email you to ask if you would like to renew. Your advert will be removed from the directory after your expiry date but don’t worry if you miss your opportunity to renew as we’ll keep a copy of your previous advert that can be retrieved whenever you need, plus it will stay stored in your profile as a draft for you to re-publish.

How do I pay for my advert?

Everything is done through your profile and Fabulous and Lovely listings are paid via our PayPal account so you will be directed to that when you’re ready to pay. Don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account yourself as you can choose to pay with your credit card through the PayPal site as well.

Are there any other places I can advertise on Be Fabulous?

Yes there are! We have advertising spots on most of the pages throughout our site. We can design a bespoke advert for you, or if you already have one then you just need to ensure that it’s 180 × 150 px GIF or JPG image.
